We, in the Office for Title IX and Equal Opportunity, are available to deliver trainings on any of the topics listed below. You may also request a tailored training to meet your specific needs.

- Responsible Employees: The Duty to Report, with Tips for Responding to a Disclosure

- The Wellbeing Attendant Policy
- How to be an Effective Wellbeing Attendant

Mandatory Online Education for Students and Employees (AY 24-2025)
Students
All incoming undergraduate students and new transfer undergraduate students must complete the online training titled, Sexual Assault Prevention for Undergraduate Students.
All new graduate students must complete the online training titled, Sexual Assault Prevention for Graduate Students.
All returning undergraduate and graduate students must complete the required refresher online training on sexual violence prevention.

Employees
New Employees
All employees are required to complete the annual online training titled, Gender Equity and Title IX.
Continuing Employees
All managers, supervisors, and lead employees are required to complete an additional online training every two years titled, CSU's Discrimination Harassment Prevention Program for Supervisors.
All non-supervisory employees are required to complete an online training every two years titled, CSU's Discrimination Harassment Prevention Program for Non-Supervisors.
