Current Research Activities

Dr. Saugher Nojan examines social and systemic inequalities in relation to anti-Muslim racism, migration, and education. She is working on several projects related to students success for Muslim and South, West Asian North African (SWANA) students and is the PI for the National Endowment for the Humanities funded oral history project, Resisting Erasure and Asserting Afghan Cultural and Community Resilience.
